The next step will be to become pre-qualified with a lender. This is required before we can show you any houses. If you don’t have a lender, give me a call and I’ll recommend some to you.
There is a lot of talk these days about foreclosures. Many agents won’t even deal with them. I’m not one of those agents! I have a lot of experience working with foreclosures. I frequently update my site with current and active foreclosures in the Tarrant County area. To see the foreclosures click on the category for foreclosures. They are also nestled within the mls system, you just won’t likely know a house is a foreclosure unless you ask. If the list isn’t updated, either call me or drop me an e-mail and I will update it for you right away.
Once you have established your price range, give me a call so we can talk about specifics. Think about what makes you say, “wow” when you look at a home. I would love to help you find your “wow home.” I can show you any home that is on the MLS in the DFW area.
