As I looked at some of the houses which were fetching millions of dollars -small bungaloes – I thought, goodness, why don’t these people move to the DFW Metroplex? For the same price of these bungaloes in the Hamptons, a person could acquire a gorgeous custom home in the Dallas Fort Worth area.
Advantages to living here are many!
In the news recently, Rush Limbaugh and others stated they would be selling their New York Penthouses and homes to move where the taxes weren’t so high. Well, I’ll tell ya…here in Texas we have NO state income tax! NONE – Nada – Zip!
The climate is excellent in the DFW area. Today, April 11th, the temperature is a very pleasant 75 degrees. The sky is blue (not smog grey) and the people are the friendliest people you would ever want to meet.
