My quest for knowledge continues to help me grow my business, and gives you the assurance that I am up to date and well versed in our market and the changing dynamics of real estate in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
I recently completed my GRI courses, which gives me the GRI designation. But what does that give my client? GRI’s are nationally recognized as top performers in the real estate industry, professionally trained, knowledgeable, and dedicated to bring you the best in customer service.
In addition, I have studied and met the qualifications for the ASP designation. The ASP means that I have gone through extensive training to stage homes, enabling me to help you present the best “stage” for a sale.
In High School I was voted “Most Likely to Succeed.” It takes a lot of drive and determination to succeed in Real Estate.In the Air Force I served as an accountant for the dining facilities. I learned to work with numbers and make them look good on paper.
My greatest career move came when I got married and began my career as a stay at home mom. I was highly productive, producing 8 children in 11 years. You could say I never want to be outdone by my competition.
Homeschooling and keeping a home developed incredible organizational skills. The ability to multi-task under pressure is one of my greatest strengths.
My passion for communications continued throughout my life. I began writing for a local newsletter, branching into hundreds of published articles nationwide. In addition I have three books published. My communications specialty isn’t confined to the printed word. I’ve appeared internationally on television and radio. In addition I have spoken in public to tens of thousands of people.
Communication is a major factor in the Real Estate industry. Many deals can fall through, simply because the parties are unable to communicate effectively.
Most recently I was the manager of a small bookstore. I love working with people, finding and meeting the needs of my clients.
Being a single mom, author, speaker, entrepreneur, and Realtor, give me more advantages to help my clients with all of their real estate needs, whether buying or selling a home, investing in multi-family or other commercial property.
