What amazed me the most was that I would seemingly be in the city, just minutes from restaurants, shops, etc. Then all of a sudden there would be gorgeous sprawling horse properties. I have some favorite streets I drive on just so I can see the magnificent horses standing behind the beautiful white fences.

When we first moved to the area, we didn’t bring our horses with us. But within a very short time, we found a place to board them. My girls who raise Arabian horses were able to keep them – even in the city.
