My buyers as a rule don't know what a deal they have and most don't even appreciate what a deal they have due to ignorance. Some times they have gone with other realtors only to come back to me. I won't take them most of time because they are not loyal to anyone and I won't risk working for uninformed clients since they will go for what they think the best deal is, when they don't know when they paid more than they could have paid.
