As you’re driving down FM 1709, on the North side of the street, you’ll notice a gorgeous pond with a club house. This is the entrance into Southridge Lakes in Southlake, Texas.

The neighborhood has nearly 400 homes on at least half acre lots. Amenities include seven lakes, a competition size swimming pool, a community pavilion and clubhouse, four lighted tennis courts,
children’s playground, a basketball court, a volleyball court, an athletic field, and landscaped common areas.
