- Will I be in Realtor.com? The answer – YES! I pay a premium price so that all of your pictures, up to 25, open houses, video tours, and additional information will be available where people are looking the most. I also feed into many other sites such as Yahoo!, MSN, and any site running the MLS search. - Do you participate in Social Media? Most Definitely! Terri is active on Twitter – with 12,000 followers and on Facebook. In addition, she has pages on many sites focusing on the Dallas Fort Worth area. Twitter Grader has given Terri a top rating of 100 and she has been recognized as a top tweet in DFW
- Okay, I’m convinced! You have exceptional internet marketing! But do you stay on top of all the new technology? – I’m always educating myself about the newest technologies which is why all of my homes come with a “text number” and “QR codes” for mobile devices to get accurate and updated information.
- Will you help me stage my home? – That’s one of my favorite parts of helping a seller. I’ve gone through many educational classes on staging homes to sell quickly and for top dollar. Once we have signed all the paperwork, I will walk through your home with you, telling you what needs to be done in order to make your house shine for prospective buyers. Together we will decide which items are most important and fit easily into your budget. For most people, there is NO out of pocket expense, simply a thorough cleaning and decluttering is all that is necessary.
- How do you decide how much to sell my house for? – I don’t decide, you do. I will conduct a very thorough market analysis. Often I will take the seller to view some homes that are for sale that would be comparable to her home so she can see what the competition is. After I give you all of my research, you are the one who tells me what price to offer your home in the MLS.
