I’m happy to help you find a rental home in the North Fort Worth, Keller, Southlake, Colleyville, Grapevine, and mid-cities areas. You can search here for all the houses available in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex for rent.
To get to the rental properties in the area, be sure to uncheck “for sale” and check “rentals.” You can move the map around to an area you want. When you see the brown houses, those each represent a home for rent. Click on one of them and it will bring up a picture. You can then click “list view” above the picture and the search will bring up all the ones that are on the map. You can scroll down and click on “more details” or “contact agent.”
You’re welcome to use the search as often as you want. Feel free to register to save your searches.

What You Can Expect
Houses in this area go quickly. A nice house will often be gone within just a few days on the market. You will want to be prepared to put in an application when you see a house you like.
You will also be expected to provide an application fee in the form of certified funds. The amounts will vary
depending on who has listed the house. You can expect anywhere from $35.00 to $50.00 per person over the age of 18.
Every company is different, but most of the time you should be able to get into a house even if your credit isn’t stellar. However if you have been evicted from some place or have a criminal record, it will make it more difficult. You may be required to pay two times the deposit if things look shaky. Sometimes, you may simply be denied. Prior to seeing the first house, you will be required to send me a copy of your Drivers License. You will also need to provide to the listing company proof of income.
Here is How I Work
In order for me to show you houses, I require that you sign a representation agreement with me.
The reason I have you do this is because many people will use my services to find them houses,
but don’t complete the process. I don’t get paid unless you rent a house using me. I simply can’t afford
the time or the cost of gas and mileage for someone and not get paid for my time. I put a lot of effort
into looking for houses, calling the agents, and scheduling the appointments.
If for some reason you don’t wish to sign a representation agreement, but want me to show you houses,
I will charge you a $50.00 fee before I show you the first house. This fee is refundable if you follow-thru
and rent a home with me as your agent within 30 days. Payable 5 days after move-in.
