Recently a man visiting one of my open houses asked me if there was a particular race of people who lived in that neighborhood. He was quite upset that I couldn’t tell him.
In my profession, it is against the law for me, or anyone else in the housing profession, to offer information that could be deemed in violation of the fair housing act.
